Sourcing Problem/Obsolete Parts
- Spare Parts - One of our main functions is the supply of quality printer spare parts, from stock, by utilising proactive stock profiling to dramatically reduce time scales.
- Parts Sourcing Difficulties - Where the original is discontinued, we can either source a refurbished or new compatible option usually from our own stock.
- Dedicated Customer Stock Holding - Where a customer has a regular inventory requirement, we can hold specific stocks for customers at agreed rates for up to a 12-month period. This reduces customers overall warehousing costs and allows more efficient expenditure planning.
